Back to step 1. Again. Ran-walked this run. I ran the whole 1st mile in 14' 37". Pretty slow, but I'm glad I was able to do it. I then walked a 1/2, ran 1/2, and then mixed it up to even shorter distances. Up to today I've been doing short runs and walking in between. I don't believe I'll be ready in time for the Wounded Warrior run in VB at the end of March. I do believe I'll be able to run the whole route in the April WW at Ft. Monroe.
